The Cottage is a spacious, character-filled five-bedroom home sleeping up to 10 guests. Whether you're gathering round the table for dinner, coming back from a day out in the Surrey Hills or settling in for a longer stay, there's space for everyone to feel at home.
The space
Inside, you'll find bright and welcoming living spaces with plenty of traditional cottage character — two sitting rooms, a large kitchen and a dining area with room for a proper group meal.
Outside, the private garden provides a lovely spot for morning coffee, alfresco dining or relaxing on warmer evenings. Guests have exclusive use of the whole cottage and garden, with free private parking at the property.
With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous living space, free parking and fast Wi-Fi, the cottage works beautifully for family holidays, group getaways, business travellers and longer stays.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 10 as standard
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and six beds. For certain bookings, two additional Z-beds may be available by prior arrangement and for an additional charge — please get in touch before booking if you need space for more than 10 guests.
Autumn & Christmas here
December is particularly special at the cottage. It's decorated beautifully for Christmas throughout the month, which makes it a wonderfully festive setting for families and friends to spend time together.
With plenty of room for everyone to gather, a large kitchen and dining space, cosy living areas and five bedrooms, it's a lovely place to spend Christmas.
