One of the nicest things about the cottage is how well placed it is. You can be walking in the Surrey Hills in minutes, or on a train into London not long after breakfast.
By train
Bookham railway station is around a mile away, with direct services towards London Waterloo — so a day in town is genuinely easy.
By car
The M25 is close by, giving straightforward access across Surrey and on to Heathrow and Gatwick. There's free private parking at the cottage.
On arrival
Self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive in your own time. Full directions and instructions are sent before you travel.
London & airports
Combining Surrey with a trip into town
Plenty of guests use the cottage as a base for both — days out in the Surrey Hills and days in London. Bookham station is roughly a mile from the door, so a trip into the city is a short walk and a train ride rather than a drive. For guests arriving by air, the M25 makes Heathrow and Gatwick straightforward.
